    Many, if not most of us, have been impacted by trauma in some form or another. Any event, or series of events, either real or imagined, which causes significant distress to the body-mind and which the person perceives they are unable to escape or control can be traumatic. The impact of a particular trauma, or series of traumas, and its unwinding depends upon many factors, including Karma, both of the Soul as well as the body.

    Many viruses have an initial set of flu-like symptoms, which then go into hiding only to show up later with some eemingly unrelated issues. Any drop in the state of health can be the opportunity for a new outbreak of symptoms or even an opening for some other, more virulent pathogen. Since there can be a time interval between the initial incident and the subsequent issues, the association often goes unnoticed.

    It has been said that the basis of our present day personality, the small self, is comprised of Thought Forms. The Thought Forms generated and held in this dimensional reality, make up approximately 90-95% of all the entity like issues, which I encounter in my work. About 20% represents our Karmic inheritance and the rest, those which were handed down through genetic encoding, parental patterning,collective un/conscience, etc.

    Peak Experiences, the ecstatic high points in ones' life, can be a help or hindrance in a person's spiritual journey. If repeated returns become the destination, then it can lead to a freezing of spiritual progress or addictive behavior. If it is used as a window into an understanding of higher consciousness, it can become a roadmap to enlightenment.
