It is totally understandable that the online community would be suspicious about Water4Gas. Also the anonymity of the internet lends itself much more to a scam operation than a brick and mortar establishment (regardless of what might be going on in the back room of that storefront) . Even the fact that people are so urgently needing good news in the area of gas prices opens up the door for a scam to arrive on the scene. So do we have here just another example of someone getting rich off of the misery of others or is there something genuine here like a real solution? I guess the first thing that you have to do is to define terms. How are we defining a scam? Most folks just like to get fair value for their buck and if they don’t get it and if it is reasonable to suspect that the proprietor was overselling that value intentionally then it would fit within the definition of a scam. After reading the two books plus the bonus book, which total just fewer than 400 pages of facts and information about turning water into fuel. It's hard to call the water4gas system a scam. What you are paying for is an education in ways to increase your fuel economy plus the directions to build your own hydrogen on demand system. Since most cars waste 3/4s of their gas it is certainly a realistic expectation that tips and tricks could exists which would increase the mileage by reducing the waste. And these books go way beyond hydrogen gas production with out going into the basics like pump up your tires and change your air filter stuff you see all over the net Is Water4Gas a perfect system? I do think that the system has room for improvements. But this is the plus of the system, not a black mark in this case. It teaches you enough about the subject of turning water into hydrogen gas so you can make adjustments that fit your application and availability of components. What I also liked about the water4gas books was they contained information about expanding the basic hydrogen system into a mega system that includes many different ways of increasing fuel economy that can be combined on the same vehicle. So it is really a stretch to call this Water4Gas enterprise a scam of any kind. With this much energy and research and testing that went into this information it is pretty hard to consider it anything but valuable. It’s possible that someone could go to the website and see the pictures and not read the text and not understand that what is being sold is a book of information, not an already assembled kit ready for installation. Basically everything just short of that IS delivered including the precise part numbers and places to buy them least expensively and more. It even goes to this extent… you can find fellow Water4Gas members who are doing assembly of kits and installations as their business and this is facilitated by Water4Gas without the owners of Water4Gas taking a middle man fee! So the Water4Gas system is instructions for a do it yourself system which is very inexpensive, which you can get results from and which you can continue to tweak until you are satisfied that you have maximized the MPG potential. So is Water4Gas a scam or is it something with real inherent value? If we rephrase the question to can you buy the books, learn about extracting hydrogen gas from water to be burned in your engine, build and install a fuel efficiency increasing system that will raise your average fuel economy, the answer is yes. Beyond that it is up to you if you feel an investment of $97 is a fair price to pay for the amount of gas, the reduction of emissions toxicity to zero and an engine that runs happier. I do know this, gas prices will be going much higher and we all need to do something to fight back. The corporations, especially auto makers and petroleum companies want you and me to believe that there is nothing that can be done about it. This is not true. People who think outside the box and take action are making new rules for average fuel economy.
