Which Two Nutrients Are Of Themselves Possibly The Best For Treating Constipation

By: Mark Myers

Can you guess what two items of nutrition that most women don't get enough of? You could expect these nutrients to be a problem in non-developed countries, but women in America are missing these. These two forgotten nutritional necessities would solve most women's constipation problems if not ignored. The natural constipation remedy has been preached to us for years, and yet we still don't use them.

The primary nutrient is water. One of the greatest resources we have to create a healthy digestive system, skin, body, and overall health is water. The main building block of all our cells is water, and we refuse to drink a replenishing supply daily.

Our bowel exists to extract extra water from our wastes. If we don't take enough water in, our systems go into a panic mode trying to extract and conserve water wherever it can find it.

The two biggest places out body gets stored water from are our digestive system (causing hard formed stools), literally causing constipation by design, and our skin. Varicose veins, toughening of the skin, and wrinkles are just some of the complications when our bodies deplete our skin of water. When our organs claim it from our large intestines we get constipated.

Want a completely free natural constipation remedy? All you may need is eight glasses of water everyday. Don't mistake fluids for water. Fruit juice is sugar to our bodies. Tea and coffee further dehydrate you because they are diuretics. Pop is completely foreign. They fool your system into expelling water your body needs.

Water works in a funny way in our system. Our bodies will swell and extract water from our digestive tract, this means our body is thirsty, give it water. As you increase your intake of water over time, your body will stop extracting as much from your stools, and release it from your cells where it is stored as a reserve in weight.

If you want more youthful healthier skin, to lose weight, and find a natural constipation remedy, drink more water.

Now for the second nutrient missing in most women's diet, fiber.

Here are the four easiest and best sources of fiber, vegetables (again preferably raw, lightly steamed, or baked), nuts and seeds, WHOLE grains (brown bread, brown rice, Not white),fruit (preferably raw).

There is almost zero dietary fiber in the processed food we buy at the grocery. Even those that claim to have been processed and cooked beyond recognition. The majority of processed foods like pizza, cookies, pasta and bread containe zero or very little fiber. Start slow, with a snack between meals of an apple or pear if your digestive system is not used to a high fiber diet.

I doubt your family would rebel if they had to eat their peanut butter and jelly on wheat bread rather than white. The whole wheat pasta in only an arms reach from the white. Fruit Loops for breakfast or Grape Nuts?

It is pretty easy, a lot more water and a small amount of fiber. These two steps could be all your body needs for a natural constipation remedy.
