What is HGH?

By: Morey Paul

Human growth hormone is produced by the anterior pituitary gland located in the brain, and is essential for the growth of muscle, bone, cartilage, and immunity. This hormone is secreted the most during childhood and adolescence, and decreases with age and obesity. HGH is one of the most complex hormones in the body, containing 191 amino acids. Almost every important process the human body experiences is influenced by HGH, but most importantly, HGH acts on the liver and other tissues to stimulate the production of insulin-like growth factor(IGF-I). IGF-I regulates growth effects and determines how much HGH should be produced. The absolute best way to maximize your HGH is anaerobic training and lots of sleep! This will actually give your body a reason to produce more IGF-I and HGH to maintain your body's demands. There are a few natural supplements which will aid in the production of greater HGH levels if added to your diet. These include L-arginine, colostrum, L-glutamine, L-glycine, and GABA. Keeping your body as healthy as possible will maintain your internal organs and glands, providing optimal function. Good HGH levels promote low body fat levels, higher percent of lean muscle mass, increased energy levels, less wrinkles in the skin, improved sexual function, and accelerated healing process.

The HGH injection is a synthetic substance prescribed by a doctor or is otherwise considered an illegal drug like steroids. Side effects can be expected when injecting synthetic HGH into the human body such as increased risk of cancer, cardiovascular disease, and behavioural changes, making this method less reasonable. Synthetic injections are also very expensive, ranging anywhere from 75 dollars per day to over 2000 dollars per month! This product should only be used if the individual has a genetic deficiency.

HGH oral spray is another method, and there is now scientific evidence that this method works. However, it has been speculated that the HGH does not pass through cell membranes with this method, which is less effective for absorption.

After thorough research, it has been shown that altering the human body's natural function will leave you in a worse state than partaking in a regular supplementa. This is due to the lack of understanding of the body's natural equilibrium and the effects that excess hormones have on the overall function of our bodies. you might just want to save your money on HGH supplements or injection and demand your body to improve itself by regularly exercising, getting enough rest, and a well rounded diet.
