The symptoms of ADHD in adults can be slightly noticeable, therefore many people with ADHD have not been diagnosed and treated. This might lead to a number of problems such as depression and difficulty keeping a job.
ADHD can cause many problems in life if it stays to be untreated. Therefore it is highly important to identify the symptoms and choose the right treatment based on personal characteristics. However, medication should not be the primary treatment in this case, it is just necessary to provide social support and assistance.
