Stop smoking forever!

By: Shelbi Stone

Could it possibly be so easy? What if everything you always thought about the difficulty of quitting turned out to be wrong? Suppose that with a single season of hypnosis or NLP, it would be simple to find confidence and happiness in being a lifelong non-smoker?

Hypnosis and NLP have an incredibly high success rate because our beliefs and habits and deeply seeded in our subconscious minds. However genuinely we want to quit, there is always the subconscious mind that stops us from doing so.
When one first starts smoking, they buy into the conditioning from others saying it made them feel better, more confident, and relaxed. And as a result of lighting up those first few cigarettes, smokers permanently install these extremely unhelpful beliefs directly into their unconscious, beliefs that also included the concept that quitting was going to be really difficult.
Smokers know the dangers associated with smoking, but feel they can't - or don't want to - live without the perceived pleasures. As the smoker becomes more tolerant of the effects of smoking cigarettes, she begins to associate the relief experienced when feeding their habit with feeling calm and in control.
So can it really be that simple? What if everything you've ever believed about the difficulty of quitting turned out to be bogus? Imagine that with a single season of hypnosis or NLP, it would be simple to find confidence and happiness in being a lifelong non-smoker?
NLP and hypnosis are so good because they change our internal, subconscious beliefs about why we smoke. Even though we consciously would give anything to quit smoking, it is often our more powerful subconscious mind that keeps us from doing so.
It seems that when smokers first start; they believe years of conditioning telling them that smoking actually made them feel somehow better, more confident and more relaxed. And as a result of lighting up those first few cigarettes, smokers permanently absorb these extremely unhelpful notions directly into their unconscious, beliefs that also included the idea that quitting was going to be really difficult.
At the same time, people who light up make a conscious decision to choose those perceived benefits of feeling better, more relaxed and more confident, over the initial physical reactions of inhaling the nasty fumes.
