Imagine thousands of cable programs at your fingertips, and a low monthly bill.

By: Sophie Maddox

I was so happy; I'd been looking for months for a way to reduce this cost. We were drowning in bills, like most of my friends and family. And our biggest expense was the cable bill. We'd received bills anywhere from $120 to $200 a month, depending on extra fees or billing concerns.
For example, once we had a problem I really couldn't figure out. I called the technical support line, but I was so angry after I spent 2 hours on the phone for the bill and still didn't have my question answered! I wish I could say this was the exception not the rule, but I'd be lying.
As you keep reading this article you'll feel confident that you can cut costs, and still keep your cable!
What to avoid:
I called each of the cable companies in my area to inquire about their services, technical support, and the cost. Each of the major cable carriers in my area as well as some of the smaller ones, but each one had problems.
Large ones:
o High Cost o Bad Customer Service o Bad Technical Assistance o Lazy Managers o Hours on hold
Smaller Ones:
o Territory Restrictions o Less features o Scheduling problems for service or installation o Service problems
I was getting ready to throw in the towel, it felt like it was a not a win-win situation for me.
I just couldn't live without it! I'd attempted it before when things were tight and I felt like I was going crazy. The kids got on my every nerve all the time. I didn't have a break.
What to do: I decided to take my search to the internet to see what other options were available. I read articles on ways that others were cutting cost and the solution most often made was the very one which would not work, getting rid of the cable or television all together!
Finally my search was over look what I found! I talked to a friend of mine and she suggested getting cable through the internet. She said the cost was much lower.

Amazing; I did and found several options I really liked. The best one for us ended up being one that cost less and had all the channels we wanted. I found an online cable option, that worked with my computer I was so glad that we happened to have two of them, so the kids could watch their shows, and I could watch mine at the same time. What a great option. www.TVONMYCOMPUTER.INFO
