A good structure of your house may depend on what materials you used in building it. Some prefer to buy expensive but some are not.When we talked about low quality materials it comes with different manufactures and prices some are imported some localy found here.People may think that imported materials from other countries can cost too much.Truth is, there are some hardware store which offer some imported products with cheap prices. Wonder why? i also do wonder why?. I heard some rumor that materials which use to construct our houses which we think that are imported in other countries are originally came from here??. I'm actualy confused about that rumor which i've heard. Anyway let's go back to the topic. So far i did a little survey which i ask some of my aunt,uncle and neighbors 6/10 of them prefer to buy cheap one's than the expensive materials.I ask them why? some replied lack of financial,some said "it depends on how you handle and care for your house when it is done.While the four people said "we prefer to buy high class materials, is that we care and love our lives and children , take a look of what storm we are experiencing right now and how powerful they are, we don't care even though materials cost that much to avoid of what danger can bring that low quality materials to us".The other one said "i do prefer some of that imported products which are tested and have high quality performance".Commonly some filipino think that all of imported products are from the other countries are high class and expensive so normaly when a filipino is buying in a hardware store he usualy asked for what are the cheap materials with high quality he could use. Nowadays materials with high class and with low prices are rare. I visited a hardware store this past few days and my goal is that to check out the prices of the materials which are commonly used to build a filipino style houses, and here is a thing some imported and high class materials price are about little bit high than the low class one. So after after what i saw, one question pop out in my mind. Why people prefer to buy this low class materials, but if they compared the prices with the high class which has a gap of about 20php-200php.I noticed this when a reviewed some of the materials. examples are the tiles, ply wood, paint, lumbers etc. So try to observe, compare and take time to look around when buying materials.By the way for those who are interested, we have a site that feature houses that are for sale and for those who sell some houses can post the details in our site, just visit http://house_and_lot.prepys.com
