Regaining a new body shape with preservering your health and achieving new fitness levels If you are like me, you always wanted fitness but not on cost of risking your health. Of course there would be some easy ways to lose fat and maybe even accentuate your body and muscles. That could be e. g. liposuction, nutritional supplements or even in drug usage which leads to abuse by using steroids. I personally think that this is changing one bad thing with another and will not lead to achieving a health and fitness level worth aiming for . You know, the people who are telling you that losing weight and building your muscles is not possible with changes of your nutrition and daily exercise come from a $13 billion industry - that is a 13 with 9 zeros! They will tell you what great products they can offer you, but, come on: Do you think your body is made for taking supplements or even drugs or strange looking and tasting things? Stop taking these things and you will not regain your muscles but your old "fat" body shape, as fast as you can say "JoJo". So far we have looked at drugs and supplements as options for losing fat and regaining our natural shape. Here comes the next one: starvation diets. Nice words, huh? As long as I think about these diets, I don't think they are an alternative. You know, I am mid-thirty and don't want to spend the rest of my life with focussing on one-sided meals all day long. Additionally I really don't know if these starvation diets are a commitment to health and fitness needs of my body. What I found as an alternative for me was having a guide with me how fulfils several of my demands: * Reliable concept: My optimal guide would be a person who has proven by experience that he or she has burned fat, gained muscles where wanted without risking your natural health and fitness levels. A good performance indicator would be the body mass index (BMI) or the body fat quotient. * Lasting effects: My need is to redefine my muscles and lose fat on a permanent level. I am not looking for something running 3 or 4 weeks and than all the bad fat comes back after ending it. * Get and stay healthy: I have no need to ruin my metabolism, I want to stimulate it to work the way "it's supposed to be". * No supplement or drug usage: The program I chose as right for me seems to fulfil the above mentioned tasks very good. Also it is recognized and acknowledged by man pros as the "fat loss bible". It puts its strengths not only explanations why a lot of people fail and how to avoid that. No, there are also so helpful tips like "the top twelve worst foods you should almost never eat" or its opposite "the top twelve foods you should eat all the time". It looks to me as an approach to achieve new health and fitness levels only with changing the essential and important parts related to these goals. As I am working my way through this program, I know and I feel that my personal power, my fitness level and my health rise from day to day to some highs I never thought they were possible.

What value has a super-slim and seems-to-be-fit-body, if it's not in a proper condition. Two key components play a major role here: Health And Fitness. The author is a fan of gettin slim and buffed and reshaped but not on base of pills, drugs and supplements or with starving but with a nutritional change of lifestyle.
