What is the best exercise for weight loss? This is one of the most ask

One popular misconception about exercise for weight loss is to try stationary bikes exercise. The bad thing about this biking exercise is its unnatural nature. When you bike on street, you are not control only biking the pedal. You need to make sure that you can balance your bike as well.

Another great exercise that doesn't need any pricey equipment or pricey fitness club is spinning. Spin like when you were young. It sounds too weird to be correct but spinning will cause your whole body to move. I recommend to do at least 5 times daily. Don't afraid to play with your friends because it is very fun and effective when do with your friend.

working on exercise routinely is the major factor to weight loss. So if you select exercise, select the one that you are willing to do daily. It does not matter how strange your work out is. For instance, if you like spinning as I suggested previously, make sure you do it daily.
