You can make them of different things, like heavy rope, concrete, wood, and so on; different materials help the birds exercise feet and gives them variety so that they don't get bored. In addition, their feed and water cups should be heavy and very durable. The parrot is going to chew on them as a natural behavior, so feed and water cups should be able to withstand this.

The Parrot Cage should contain some toys for your parrot's entertainment as they love to play. Toys can be made of wood, plastic at different colors. Hanging toys can also be great fun.
