Checklist before making a Will

You may find it useful to refer to this checklist before you start the process of making a will.

Are you making a Will on your own - a single will?
Are you making a will with a partner - a joint or Mirror will?
Do you know what an executor is or does?
This is a summary of the information you will need before you start making a will
The full names and addresses of your executors
The full names of any people you want to benefit in your will
The percentages in which you would like the beneficiaries to receive the remainder (or residue) of your estate/assets (check they add up to 100 of people die without making a will.
